We come to your home and help diagnose the cause of your Microsoft® Windows-based computer problems and wireless network issues including software configurations, router configuration, Internet settings, virus or spyware/malware issues or operating system errors.

2. Perform hardware tests
3. Check for viruses & spyware and do a security audit
4. Help you with a backup plan for the future
5. Solve issues on wireless networking or do system tune-ups as necessary
6. Download and arrange installation of operating system updates
